01 / Protection
Through use of ION Air and EW. waters fruit and vegetables can be protected long enough to be preserved via our Ambient Air Dehydration process. Effectively locking in the nutrients of the food.
02 / Dehydration
Using a unique, ambient-air-flow-exchange with no extreme heat, during the dehydration cycle water is captured.
The system is cleaned and foods are evenly dried with their natural mineral and nutrient values preserved.
03 / Micronization
The special particle mill is the first of its kind to gently liberate cellular structures along their natural edge boundaries. A micronising-mill which can be fine tuned for optimum performance across hundreds of different foods without major adjustments down to 50 Microns!
